It has been a while since I had any time to enter my blog. Campaigning and my Impromtu Speeches have been reaching the Choir. My words of Freedom and Liberty are certainly others' words too.
Ok, enough about the Campaign Update. Now to the Issue:
We have a $2.5 Trillion Deficit, yet our elected officials, namely Mitch McConnell, still spends OUR money like drunken sailors on shore leave. The taxes collected, the Government claims is $500 Billion Dollars. What is there that can be cut? Probably plenty. If I am elected, I will not vote for a deficit budget. When faced with a deficit, I will be looking to make the cuts to the budget necessary for solvancy.
We have a $3 Trillion Budget. What is it that the Government needs to run efficiently? Pens, pencils, computers, funding for Border Patrol and Military, Legislators' and Presidential Salary. What is in the $3 Trillion we do not need? I will find the programs to cut. Social Security needs reform, and the Highway Trust Fund needs to be restored.
We have $9 Trillion Debt. That is $25,000 for every man, woman, and child in the Union. Where are we going to get the money to pay this debt? How many children are there making $25,000 per year???
Ok, here is my plan:
1. Reduce the Government Expendatures below Balanced Budget Threshold
Increase Military and Border Spending
2. Use the Surplus to pay the National Debt
3. Reduce Income Taxes to 15%
Eliminate the Death Tax
4. When National Debt Paid, then eliminate the Income Tax and IRS.
5. Create a Department of Revenue which taxes the States according to the 16th Amendment.
