The Union is in Danger
With the many dangers of International Terrorism, Illegal Immigration, Border Raids, deficit spending, and pork projects our Politicians seem to be unable to cope with the situation. This is why I want Kentuckians to send me to Washington.
It is now time for a change. We need to send good people to Washington to represent us. We need people who can cope with issues such as the National Debt, Border Security, Providing Protection, and maintaining, and improving Commerce and Manufacturing.
With the Current Secrecy of Government, out of control Deficit Spending, and the increasing National Debt, we also need people with Vision to take the Union back to Glory and Protect Our Constitution. I believe I am such a Man.

The People Have a Right to Their Own Identity
If Elected, I shall propose the folllowing, and sponsor this Bill for Constitutional Amendment to defeat all those who would take control of our personal information for illegal purposes.
Bill for Constitutional Amendment SR______
The People of the United States of America and the territories thereof shall have the right, each to their own, individual identity, and the history, books, records, lists, petitions, notices, and bills thereof. Each Citizen shall also have the right to direct their own identity in a manner with which they see fit. Upon demand, Citizens shall be furnished with all information pertaining to their Person, whether proprietary or not.
Border Security
Our Borders are unsecured and as such is promoting Illegal Immigration. This is where we have a weakness for Terrorists to come into our Country and attack us. I will propose to finish building the Border Fence and to post the Army upon the border to assist the Border Patrol. I will also propose enhancements to the Border Patrol so they can do their difficult job more effectively and efficiently.
Congress Raises Debt Ceiling to $9 Trillion
With Congress raising the debt cieling, we obviously are spending too much money. We need to trim the pork projects out of the budget, and eliminate unneeded and inefficient programs.
Audit Shows Highway Funds Diverted
A recent audit performed by OOIDA researcher Rene Hill spent six months poring through government documents and calling federal officials for information, sometimes having to pry it out of them. What she found is that in 2005 for example, 35 percent of the $39 billion collected in fuel taxes paid for things other than general road and bridge work.
As a Senator, I would call the Federal Officials to task about what the money is spent for. I would expect repayment of diverted funds. I would sponser a bill which makes such diversion a felony, no matter who is responsible. Our Highway Dollars are much too important to be diverted to other uses.
