Contract With Kentucky

WHEREAS Contracts carry weight with the American People and more specifically Kentuckians, I, Daniel Essek, Candidate for the United States Senate, herein make the following promises which has been asked of me during my campaign.  I shall endeavor to do all to the best of my ability and with the Help of Divine Providence, Succeed.

REPRESENTATION:  I shall represent my Constituants, and Electors, the Citizens and People of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.  I shall consider their opinions and input in the process of decision making and I shall make such decisions according to the Good of the People, and the Constitution of the United States of America.

COMMUNICATION:  I shall communicate my positions clearly and concisely to the Good People of Kentucky any time it is demanded of me.  I shall make myself available to the Press and account for my actions.  I shall make a comment line in my offices in Kentucky and Washington so Kentuckians may leave comments any time of the day or night.  I shall keep communications with the People of Kentucky honest and forthright.

SCHEDULING:  I shall make myself available to the People of Kentucky first.  All appointments and meetings with the People of Kentucky shall be made on a priority basis and shall be kept.  Also, I shall make myself available to the People of Kentucky who visit Washington, DC without appointment as I have time available.

OFFICES:  I shall establish offices in Washington, DC and throughout Kentucky.  I shall staff these offices for the Good of the People, Facilitate Communications, and Serve the People of Kentucky.  I shall also schedule, and publish that schedule, time in each office so I can better serve the People of Kentucky.

FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY:  My offices shall have a budget, and shall be run within that budget.  The books for each office shall be kept by the staff and shall be available for inspection by the Citizens of Kentucky upon demand.

AGENDA:  My agenda shall be to the Preservation of the Union and Kentucky.  I shall adopt positions which further the Prosperity of Kentuckians.  I shall publish all positions and intents upon my website(s) and shall be under the scruteny of the People at all times.

TERM:  The term of this contract shall begin upon the Election of Daniel Essek to the United States Senate, by the People of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.  This contract shall end when the People find disfavor in Mr. Essek and his term in Congress ends.
